Positive living is the process of looking at the choices you make that are helping you to live a good life as well as those choices you make that are limiting your ability to life well.   It takes self reflection, determination, and courage.  But the attention, patience and mature responses to challenges give back in the form of a beautiful life.  The best news is that everyone can work in this direction and improve the quilty of life for themselves and those around them.
